How We Met

I went to a barbeque afternoon of May 8th, 2004. My friends had their guys. R with G, P with W. I had a boyfriend but R still wanted me to meet her guy's roommate. So R, and G brought me to this guy's workplace. They introduced us. The guy kept on asking me if I was going to be there at the party later on at night. I didn't reply because I had a boyfriend. I had to meet up with my bf later on. He said to my friend that I was pretty. I was getting ready to go home from the party when he showed up with a friend -- a girl. My friend was cussing. I didn't care. I had to go. I went to my bf's house. We fought. He was pranking me along with all his cousins and friends. I felt bad so I drove back to my friend's apartment. He was still there. The other girl went home. We were inseparable since then. My friends thought we like doing the same things - singing, dancing. They just thought we had the same psyche.

He was talking to my parents at my auntie's backyard at my 26th birthday party. Afterwards, I found out he was asking for my hand in marriage. He proposed to me in front of our parents, aunties, uncles, cousins and friends on March 13th, 2005. We got married on November 12th, 2006 at Santa Monica, CA.
